Mends International Limited (MIL) was incorporated in Nigeria on the 23rd day pf May 1988 with Certificate of Incorporation No. RC 112961.

 

 

MIL has three registered divisions; 

 

  1. Mends Specialist Hospital & Aviation Centre;

  2. Mends Training Institute;

  3. and the latest division of MIL is WONDERNET located at Plot No. 3 Kanta Road New Extension, Mogadishu Layout, Kaduna - Nigeria.

MENDS is an acronym consisting of the first letters of the names of Dr. M. Akindele (‘Dele) Owolabi’s  family of which the M – Maya, E – Edna, N – Nicole and the Ds are for ‘Dele, ‘Dele Junior and ’Desola.
